GETTING THERE
Charleston International Airport (CHS) is the closest airport to Kiawah Island, and it’s served by most major airlines.
From there, it’s about an hour's drive (34 miles), depending on traffic, to the island’s entrance.
A room block is available for our guests at the Andell Inn in Freshfields Village
from May 10th to 13th.

You will need a car to get to Kiawah, but you won’t need to drive very much once you’re on the island.
You generally cannot use golf carts on Kiawah Island's public roads or leisure trails due to safety bans, but you can use them on the golf courses if playing.
Uber serves Kiawah Island, though availability can be limited, especially for pickups on the island; it is often recommended to book a private car service
or a rental car
as a primary option.
Transportation will be provided to and from Freshfields Village and the island on Monday for the Marsh House dinner and Tuesday for the Beach Club Party.
